Yves Jacquin-Ravot found and has managed from 2006 to 2007 the consulting group YJR Consulting, that mainly realized several missions provided by 2 another french consulting groups specialized in IT governance and security.

Sub-contractor of 2 specialized consulting firms: IT Governance and IT security- risk management.

  • BIC: define the new organization of EMEA IT teams. Stronger focus on business relationships, key users’ support. Operations processes have been structured regarding ITIL models. Basic IT development have been later outsourced
  • TOTAL Group: design the group IS security framework, derived from CobIT & ISO 27001, taking in account specific constraints between subsidiaries and global teams
